In the Footsteps of Giants
Friday Jun 20, 2025
Friday Jun 20, 2025
Are you ready to walk in the footsteps of giants? Those who have gone before us, the martyrs and saints in heaven robed in white, have shown us the path of unshakeable faith and eternal joy. They understood the secret of life, even amid suffering. Their hearts remained pure, steadfastly fixed on the love and sacrifice of the Lamb Who was slain. • Connect with their legacy of faith that defies death. • Revel in the promise of standing before God’s throne, alongside the heroes of our faith, as John described in Revelation 7. • Follow the enduring example of Abraham, who, even in the afterlife, speaks of justice and compassion, as Jesus told us in Luke 16. • Anticipate the moment described by Paul when every knee will bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. GROW in faith, SEE beyond the veil, and DO God's work without fear of death. Now is the time to live for Christ and fulfill your divine calling, the reason that God made you. Take every step necessary, without concern for your life, and you will find the peace that surpasses understanding—a peace found only in living for Jesus. Christians Praying for Israel and the Jews
Tuesday Jun 17, 2025
Tuesday Jun 17, 2025
Christians Praying for Israel and the Jews. The Bible reminds us time and again of the unique place the people of Israel and the city of Jerusalem hold in God’s redemptive story. Psalm 122:6 says, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May all who love this city prosper." These words aren't just historical; they are a divine call to action for us as believers today.
Recognize Israel's Role in God’s Kingdom. Israel’s significance stretches far beyond political boundaries. They are God’s chosen people, selected not because of their might or greatness, but by His sovereign grace. Their history is one of redemption and restoration. From becoming a nation after nearly two millennia of dispersion in 1948 to their continued brilliance and resilience, the hand of God upon them is undeniable.
But even today, many in Israel have yet to accept Christ as their Savior. Only a remnant has turned to His grace. Yet, we know that God’s plans are unfolding, even through the complexities and challenges the nation faces. It is our privilege and duty as God’s people to stand in prayer for them.
The Importance of Intercession. When we pray for Israel, we do more than follow a command—we partner with God in His plans for the earth. It’s not their military power or technological advancements that sustain Israel; it is God’s sovereign hand and the prayers of the righteous. "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17) applies here in every way. Consistent intercession for Israel accelerates God’s will on earth and brings blessings to those who engage in it.
A Prayerful Reflection. God has chosen you to be His temple (1 Corinthians 6), indwelt by the Holy Spirit, equipped to stand in the gap and bring His light into a dark world. Just as the church shares in God’s promises for spiritual Jerusalem, so too are we called to honor and pray for His natural Jerusalem. We are carriers of hope, ambassadors of His will, and intercessors, standing firm in the faith.
Join in Prayer. Take time today to pray with me for the peace of Jerusalem, the nation of Israel, and the Jewish people. Pray for clarity and understanding in these challenging times, that their nation and people turn fully toward the Lord. Commit to ongoing intercession for peace and restoration as Scripture instructs.
Heavenly Father,
We lift up the people of Israel today. We pray for peace in Jerusalem and for a spiritual awakening among the Jewish people. Thank You, Lord, for Your grace that empowers and sustains them beyond their natural strength. Help us remain dedicated in our prayers, knowing the crucial role intercession plays in Your redemptive plan. May You use each of us to shine Your light into these dark times.
We praise You for Your faithfulness, trusting in Your perfect will—for Israel, for the Church, and for all of creation.
Amen.
Be steadfast in this calling. Your prayers have the power to bring hope for this generation and the next. Stand strong, for you too are chosen by God.

Why Nations Hate Israel

Why Nations Hate Israel.
Israel's position of military strength against much larger adversaries has perplexed many nations. On June 16, 2025, the BBC noted the stark contrast between Israel’s nine million citizens and Iran’s 88 million, yet emphasized Israel's military sophistication and powerful alliances, particularly with the United States, as key reasons behind its ability to counter larger threats.
However, when you pause to view this from a biblical and eternal perspective, the explanation is even deeper and profoundly spiritual. The Bible speaks of Israel’s divine favor and protection, which stretches over centuries. Consider Exodus 19, where God, through Moses, reminds Israel of the miraculous deliverance from Egypt. He declares, “Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.” This is no ordinary history. It is an eternal truth about God’s chosen people, His covenant with them, and His unyielding promise of protection.
Exodus 19 goes even further, proclaiming Israel as a “peculiar treasure” unto God. Though many nations throughout history have been driven by jealousy and the intent to erase this people group, they overlook a critical reality. The attack on Israel is not just an attack on people; it is a challenge to God Himself. And as Exodus 14 powerfully declares: “The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”
This is not guesswork. These biblical truths are living history. Time and time again, we see God’s promise fulfilled through the extraordinary preservation of Israel. His hand continues to guide and protect, demonstrating once and for all that His covenant is eternal. To stand against God’s plan is impossible.
The story of Israel affirms that when God is for us, no force, regardless of its size or power, can prevail against us.

Lying Like the Devil

Lying Like the Devil. If you can't recognize that people are lying to you about the Los Angeles riots, you need to find different news sources, because they are lying like the devil. They are on the side of a political party or media organization that does not acknowledge the Creator or listen to the Lord.
News item: https://x.com/i/status/1931871344825876809
God gave man the innate ability to be godly and subdue the earth. We are made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), so what are we supposed to subdue first? Subdue any word that is given to you that was not authored and authorized by God. Lucifer succeeded in defeating Adam, but Christ succeeded in defeating Lucifer. Jesus would not accept one thing that the devil said (Matthew 4).
If you are born again, you are made to lead. You have the seed of God and the authority of Christ. You can know the truth, but you still have choices. Believe God and not the devil or risk separation from God.
God created language. He created understanding. He created lifespan. If you are born again, you can tell the difference between God’s truth and the devil’s lies. The Creator always tells the truth. The devil always lies. He is the father of lies. He is the enemy of God.
In the media, some person is getting paid to lie to your face and tell you that these are peaceful gatherings in Los Angeles when you can see with your own eyes that these are riots. Rioters are using hammers to break up parts of the sidewalk and throw them at the police. They are throwing stuff off bridges to slam into passing cars. They don’t care if innocent people die.
Recognize the devil's work—both the rioting and the reporting. The serpent usurped God’s authority in the Garden and Adam made a bad decision that affected the future of mankind This lying didn't start today and neither did God’s solution.
If you can't tell when somebody is in rebellion against God, you're not close to God. Conquer the spirit of fake news. Millions of people can’t tell the difference between lies and truth, but those who have accepted Jesus as Author and Finisher of their faith can know the truth if they take back their authority. Love the truth and reject lies. Restore real power. Then you can be trusted. Your words will have credibility. You will be operating in truth and you will have God’s backing.
Genesis 1:27-28. Isaiah 14. Ezekiel 28. Matthew 4. Matthew 18. 2 Corinthians 5:17. 1 Timothy 2:14.

How Kingmaker Wives Save Their Marriages
Tuesday Jun 10, 2025

How Kingmaker Wives Save Their Marriages. In the principles of eternity that God established for marriage, submission is a divine commandment. It also helps Kingmaker wives build strong marriages. Resistance to God’s principles causes unhappiness. Yielding to eternal principles leads to joy. Wives who submit to their husbands as unto the Lord help them grow stronger and wiser. Divorce is not an option because both partners are flowing in divine order by accepting responsibility for pleasing God.In the Bible, what we call “verbal abuse” is most often attributed to women. Their words destroy harmony and love. By contrast, Kingmaker women never destroy their husbands. They speak kindly and build them up. Women are strong and they know that true strength lies not in badgering but in blessing. Husbands whose wives bless and support them have the confidence to lead the family to its true destiny in God.Jesus said in Mark 8:35, "For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel’s will save it." Success in marriage and all of life from now to eternity comes through yielding to God. Sometimes the woman sees it first, but she stays humble and Christlike just the same.Genesis 3:17, Ephesians 5:22, Malachi 2:16, Proverbs 27:15, 1 Corinthians 11:3, and Mark 8:35 underline the importance of submission to God.#ChristianMarriage #GodlyPrinciples #BiblicalMarriage #SubmissionInMarriage #FaithAndMarriage

Being Like Christ to Your Wife
Monday Jun 09, 2025
Monday Jun 09, 2025
Being Like Christ to Your Wife. Men, the call to greatness doesn’t start in boardrooms or on stages; it begins at home. It starts with how you love, lead, and serve those closest to you, beginning with your wife. Creation began in a marriage. It's going to end in a marriage. So husbands are called to model out in our homes how Christ loved the Church.
The world says leadership comes with dominance, but the Bible says that true greatness is found in humility and in modeling Christ's love. Marriage is a sacred covenant, rooted in the example Christ set when He gave Himself for the Church. “Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her” (Ephesians 5:25). Christ didn’t lead with pride but with selfless love. He served without seeking anything in return.
This is the call to husbands—to out-serve, to out-love, and to inspire your family through action. Start by reflecting on how you’re leading today. Are you quick to criticize and slow to appreciate? Do you expect your wife to serve you, or do you step up to serve in small tasks without being asked?
Manhood isn’t proven by fixing a car or mowing the lawn but by getting to work to help those you love and showing kindness in your words and generosity in your actions. In Christlike marriage we love and nurture our wives. She may have changed since you said your vows, but so have you. Life brings challenges, but it also strengthens the bond between man and wife when grounded in Christ.
The key is humility. When you support and honor her, you reflect Christ’s unconditional love for His Bride, the Church.
Isaiah 54:5. Ezekiel 33. Proverbs 18:23; 21:4. Matthew 23:11. John 13:14-15. 1 Corinthians 13:7. Ephesians 5:25.

Measuring the Depth of Your Dedication
Wednesday Jun 04, 2025

Measuring the Depth of Your Dedication.
True greatness in ministry is not measured by the size of your congregation but by the depth of your dedication to God, the unity of your family, and how boldly you walk in the fruit of the Spirit. Criticism of others with no foundation of godly character holds no weight. Preaching alone is not enough; it must be backed by a life fully aligned with Christ. Always remember, dedication is not measured by the size of your church but by how much you honor God by living out His Word with unwavering faith, integrity, and purpose.
If you are a small pastor, a new church leader, or someone seeking guidance, now is the time to examine your walk with Christ. Reach out and seek wisdom from those who have walked this path through the grace of God for decades. Be bold in your faith, steadfast in your calling, and unwavering in your commitment to the name of Jesus. Begin today and embody the destiny God has for you.
If you have wealth, your greatness is not in the sum of your money but how much you financed those in ministry. History was changed by the donors who saw men and women of God who were godly and supported them with their wealth.
If you are a man or a woman, your greatness is not in your gender but how much you fulfilled God's calling in the gender that He gave you. Did you relate to others by giving honor to whom honor was due? Did you family match the biblical model and succeed in producing godly children.
If you are a leader, as Elijah was in 1 Kings 19, were you bold or were you afraid of the attacks against your message to the king?
God is always looking for those whose dedication matches His eternal model.

Expect Something Amazing!
There is no explanation for what has happened in my life other than that God did it. Some people said, “I don’t like Black people,” and I spoke in mostly White environments. I am from the ghetto, but I have authored several books with major publishers and my teachings are archived in the Regent University Library. This is you, when God is with you. You can go to nations. There is a seed of amazement in you right now. Go ahead and fulfill that amazement in Jesus.
"Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think."--Ephesians 3:20 NLT
