Are you fulfilling the reason God brought you into the world? Do you accept the ordination of God over your life, or do you resist His sovereignty? We exist for God. Our Christianity is on the line when we don’t get things right. Moses’ union with God allowed the whole people of Israel to be birthed. God took him before he could enter the Promised Land, but Moses knew that destiny was more important than longevity. So did Paul. The eulogy of man is not important. You need to carefully consider details of your life like these so that God can speak well of you. Lifespan—not longevity but destiny (Moses, Paul) Rich or poor Male or female Born into a certain family and nation How you spend your time Marriage. Christians stay married so they do not fail God. Leadership. Why would someone believe they could be President of the United States? Can they reverse the failures of the past? When nations fail. God brings judgment. We see signs of America's failures in many areas now, even sports. God, You make the decisions. You choose over my life. We need the blessings of obedience You gave us in Deuteronomy 28:1—“If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully keep all his commands that I am giving you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations of the world.”
